*You must have one of the following qualifications to be accepted for the open bursary criteria:

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructing e.g. Exercise to Music (ETM), Aqua, Gym, Children's Fitness

  • Level 2 Group Training to Music (formerly ETM)

  • Level 2 Group Training

  • Level 2 (DFQ) Exercise, Movement and Dance

  • Level 2 Gym Instructor

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer

  • Level 3 Yoga OR 300 hours certificate

  • Level 3 Pilates

Application Process

Apply for the Open Bursary in 3 Simple Steps

Apply for an open bursary place on the EMD UK website  providing evidence of your level 2 qualification.

If successful you will receive an email confirmation from EMD UK

 

Step 2
We will send you a coupon code to use on our training portal.

 

Visit our Training Portal HERE

and choose your training from the 6 available releases

 

Use your coupon code at the checkout.

You can start the course straight away.

Complete your online training programme.

Start teaching GROOVELATES classes!

To clarify...

  1. Funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. The course being applied for MUST be started within the same three months of the Bursary Funding Quarter.

  3. Please read the EMD UK Open Bursary Terms & Conditions in full.

  4. The applicant must pay back the Open Bursary Discount amount of £95.55 if they:

  • Do not attend the specified Training Course

  • Fail to certify within the agreed timeframe

 

Furthermore, the applicant will be liable for an additional administration charge of £25.00 to cover the support and resource time required to manage and facilitate the application process on their behalf.
