A highly experienced Movement Specialist, Jo Everill-Taylor has been looking after people’s health and fitness goals as an instructor for over 20 years running both her own fitness company, Better Body Training, and tutoring within health and fitness.
Jo originally studied contemporary dance alongside her degree in International Business and German and ran the contemporary dance society at university, choreographing and dancing in productions.
Jo has written and delivered qualifications and workshops on a wide range of subjects from special populations to aqua.
She holds many qualifications over a range of subject areas:
Tutor, Assessor and Internal Verifier, Pilates Coach, Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, Biomechanics Trainer, Level 4 Specialist Back Care Instructor, Exercise Referral Specialist, Pre/Post Natal Exercise Instructor, Pelvic Floor Safe Instructor, Children's Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutritional Counsellor, Group Exercise Instructor and Aqua Instructor.
Sean Francis Cawley BSc (Hons), MA
With almost 20 years' experience in Project & Event Management, Sean Francis Cawley has managed business projects and corporate events in the UK & Japan, as well as other locations in Europe & Asia.
Sean met and became friends with Jo at university where Sean studied German and Japanese; he joined Jo's contemporary dance society at university, and they were also in productions together. Following graduation, Sean moved to Japan where he lived for almost 15 years gaining an MA in Advanced Japanese Studies whilst he was there.
As Business Manager, Sean provides support with Social Media, Website & Newsletter Management, Image Design and Communications to name just a few!
Verging on obsessive, Sean has a MASSIVE interest in all things retro:
- 80s music & fashion,
- Trends and fads
- Design, dance & pop art
- And...all things Madonna!
